Welcome to the Malaysian AIDS Foundation\u2019s shop website (the “Shop”). We provide this Shop as a service to our donors. Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our Shop. We have done our best to display the colours of the products shown in the Shop as accurately as possible. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shipment processing time<\/b><\/p>\n

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Mondays-Fridays, not including public holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.<\/span><\/p>\n

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. <\/span><\/p>\n

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking<\/b><\/p>\n

We utilise PosLaju for shipping and deliveries. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation text number once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). <\/span><\/p>\n

Damages<\/b><\/p>\n

The Malaysian AIDS Foundation is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you would like to file a complaint, we will do so with the third-party delivery company. Please contact us at maf@mac.org.my OR +603.4047.4222 with a photograph of the damaged goods and your order number. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a complaint.<\/span><\/p>\n
