Lapland Arctic Ultra Challenge 2022
From March 6 – 16, 2022, history will be made when a Malaysian takes part in the world’s toughest foot race in the unforgiving wilderness of the Arctic Circle.
Jeff Lau, a 31-year-old elite ultra-marathon runner and a humanitarian, will attempt a 500km foot race across tundra forest, frozen lakes and rivers of the Swedish Lapland. He will cross the Arctic Circle – not once but twice – over a course of 10 days amidst bone-chilling temperature that can drop to minus 30 degrees Celsius, all in the name of AIDS.
