#MAFBearSelfie INSTAGRAM® PHOTO CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to participating in the #MAFBearSelfie Instagram® Photo Contest (the “Contest”). By participating in the Contest, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
How to Submit an Entry
Step 1
Redeemed the #MAFBear through donation of minimum RM60 through SimplyGiving.com or at our office from 13 June 2016 onwards.
Step 2
Take a selfie with #MAFBear and Contest Tag
.
Step 3
Post it to individual Instagram® account with the most creative and original caption beginning with “I’m taking my #MAFBear to Bali because…….”, accompanied by Follow and tag @myaidsfoundation and use hashtag #MAFBearSelfie #MAFBear #MaybankTreatsFair2016 #MTF2016.

By submitting an entry, the participant warrants and represents that:
(a) the submission (including any written description and photo) is original work which has not been previously published;
(b) s/he owns all rights to the photo as well as the descriptions used in the entry;
(c) the submission is not infringing or in violation of any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of any third party;
(d) the submission is not pornographic, obscene, defamatory, libellous, anti-social, seditious or in any way contrary to public policy in any way or in violation of any applicable laws of Malaysia. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Malaysian AIDS Foundation from any third party claims to the contrary.

Multiple entries by the same participant will be accepted, provided each entry showcases a different #MAFBear and Contest Tag
(separate donation) with different captions.
Eligibility for Participation
The Contest is only open to individual donor (referred to as “Participants”). A Person Participating must at the time of entry into the Contest be a:
- Malaysian and;
- Any Participants below the age of 18 are required to obtain their parents’ consent before participating in the Contest;
- Malaysian AIDS Foundation & Malaysian AIDS Council employees and their immediate family are not permitted to enter the Contest;
- Each participant is solely responsible for ensuring that participating in the Contest is not illegal or prohibited by the laws or regulations of any country relevant or applicable to the participant.
Contest Mechanics
1Participation Period
The Contest commences at 0800 hrs on 13th June until 22nd July, 2016.
2To enter this contest, all participants must
- Establish their own, individual Instagram® account;
- Redeemed the #MAFBear through donation of minimum RM60 through SimplyGiving.com or at our office: Malaysian AIDS Foundation (PPAB-03/2003) No.12, Jalan 13/48A, The Boulevard Shop Office, Off Jalan Sentul, 51000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- Post a photo of yourself with #MAFBear and Contest Tag to individual Instagram® account with the most creative and original caption beginning with “I’m taking my #MAFBear to Bali because…….”
- Follow and tag @myaidsfoundation and use Hashtag #MAFBearSelfie #MAFBear #MaybankTreatsFair2016 #MTF2016 to the post.
3Instagram® account setting
Participants must set their Instagram® account visible to the public in order to participate in the Contest.
4Terms & Condition
- All entries must be submitted within the Contest Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Entries posted after the Contest Period will not be valid.
- Malaysian AIDS Foundation accepts no responsibility for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
5Disqualified
Entries with negative content/captions will be disqualified.
6 Judging
Entries will be judged on the information submitted by the participant in accordance with the contest criteria which includes originality of idea and creativity.
Prizes
1A winning entry will be chosen weekly during the Contest Period.
Each winning entry will compete among each other for the amazing prizes sponsored by Maybank. The weekly winning entries will be announced on the following dates:

2Participants will be notified if they have been selected as the weekly winners via Instagram® Direct.
Winners must email their contact details to Malaysian AIDS Foundation via the official email address
which will be separately informed to them by the date indicated to them in Malaysian AIDS Foundation’s Instagram® message to winners. Winners will then be notified of the prize redemption details which will be held on 23rd July, 2016 at Maybank Treats Fair 2016, Mid Valley.Please bring the Contest Tag upon redemption.
3Prizes are strictly not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or kind or for any reason whatsoever and howsoever arising.
4Participants acknowledge that all prizes have been received in good condition at the point of prize collection. Malaysian AIDS Foundation will not entertain any prize exchanges.

1The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram®.
2Malaysian AIDS Foundation’s decision on the winners and in all matters...
...relating to the Contest shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained. In the event of any dispute, Malaysian AIDS Foundation’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
3Malaysian AIDS Foundation reserves the right...
...to amend or vary any of these terms and conditions. Malaysian AIDS Foundation will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice of such changes.
4Malaysian AIDS Foundation shall not be liable to any participant...
...or any person in respect of or arising from the Contest, or under any circumstances whatsoever. If Malaysian AIDS Foundation is deemed liable to such participant or other person by a court of law, the sole remedy shall be the award of the prize or a substitute of similar value, to such participant or person.
5Malaysian AIDS Foundation reserves the right...
...to terminate any participant’s participation in the Contest at any time in its discretion in the event of such participant’s breach or suspected breach of any of these terms and conditions without prior notification or any liability to such participant whatsoever.
6The participants agrees that his or her photos may be used by Malaysian AIDS Foundation...
...for general media and marketing purposes without remuneration. Contest entries, profiles and photos and upon submission, become the property of Malaysian AIDS Foundation and each Participant cedes any claims of ownership or rights therein upon submission of their entry into the Contest.
