Refund and Return Policy
You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you receive it.
RETURN
Application for the Return of an Item
The Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return the Item under the following circumstances:
✔ The Item has not been received by the Buyer;
✔ The Item is defective and/or damaged;
✔ We delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to the Buyer;
✔ The Item delivered to the Buyer is materially different from the description provided by us in the listing of the Item.
Condition of Returning Item
To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Item, the Buyer should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to us in the condition received by the Buyer on delivery. The Buyer is recommended to take a photo of the Item upon receipt and email to us.
Liability of Product Return Shipping Fee
In the event of an unforeseen error from our end (e.g. damaged, faulty or wrong product delivered to the Buyer), we will bear the Buyer’s return shipping fee.
In the event of the Buyer’s change of mind, the Buyer shall get prior consent from us to the return request and the buyer will bear the return shipping fee.
REFUNDS
The Buyer will only be refunded after we have received the returned Item. The Item will undergo investigation and we will notify you that we have received your returned items. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
